March 17, 2008: Sponsored by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP
This event explored the topic of finding balance within one's life. The event asked attendees to explore their professional identity and personal goals in a large group discussion and gather in small breakout groups to work on building confidence in managing these work/life balance issues. Through these conversations, attendees learned that work-life balance, often the most challenging of life tasks, can be achieved when one understands their personal and professional self. This event was designed to reach out to women of all ages and professional levels who face the challenges of the working woman including the Mommy War issues, balancing care for elderly parents, being single, and other work/life balance issues.
